Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags/labels intact.
2. Hygiene & Safety
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or tried on, including:
Swimwear (One-Piece, Women’s)
Exceptions: If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, it will qualify for a return or replacement.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number and clear photos of the product.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will confirm approval.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Since shipping is free, there are no return shipping fees deducted.
